Purpose of Terms

Welcome to the Terms of Service (the “Terms”) for Voice Builder (the “Software”), provided by Supertone Inc. (“Company,” “Supertone,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Terms govern your access to and use of the Software and any other related services provided by Supertone (the Software and such services, collectively, the “Services”). Please read the Terms carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, responsibilities and limitations. By accessing and/or using the Services, you agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not understand or agree to the Terms, please do not use the Software and Services.

By signing up (including creating accounts) for our Services, or by downloading, installing or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted the Terms, and you agree to be bound by the Terms and any other terms and conditions, policies or guidelines incorporated into the Terms by reference, including our privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) available at  https://www.supertone.ai/en/privacy-policy (or such other URLs that we may provide from time to time).

If you do not agree to the Terms, you are not authorized to use Services. The Services are offered to you on the condition that you accept the Terms.

Also, we may refer to or incorporate by reference, additional terms and conditions specific to your use of certain Services. These additional terms form part of your agreement with us. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any additional terms, the additional terms will govern but only to the extent of the conflict.

For purposes of the Terms, “user,” “you” and “your” mean you as the user of the Services.

1. Description of Services

Supertone provides a voice technology platform powered by its proprietary AI models, enabling the creation of voice content and related assets from user inputs.

The Services include:

• Voice Upload and Testing Features: A web-based experience that allows you to upload audio, test voice generation, and review results solely for the purpose of evaluating the Services prior to purchasing the Software. Any audio outputs, samples, or other results generated through the testing features (the "Test Outputs") are provided strictly for evaluation purposes only and may not be used, reproduced, distributed, publicly performed, modified, or otherwise exploited for any commercial or non-commercial purpose whatsoever.
• Voice Embedding Purchase and Delivery: A paid feature that allows you, upon successful payment, to obtain a downloadable voice embedding file (the “Embedding”) generated from your uploaded audio, subject to the Terms and the license terms described below.

The Software and Services (including any data or content derived or created therefrom) shall be used only in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
